NDMC follows an open procedure in selecting staffs for all the training's. The training coordinator assures that the training's staff undergoes are effective by providing high quality educational training's programs from internally and externally.
NDMC staffs have completed various numbers of training's since the formation of the organization. This includes on the job training's and off the job training's. We strive to enhance individual learning and development as the means for creating a better workplace environment and for building a stronger community.
To augment the capacity of the staffs, this organization need more training's in the field of mainstreaming disaster risk reduction into climate change and adaptation, Emergency response and recovery, Community based disaster reduction, Risk assessments.
